Services provided:

• Provides meeting room or study area for Adult Literacy, ESL tutoring, and Deaf Literacy.
• Provides ESL tutor training and student-tutor matching.
• Provides free library resources for adult literacy, ESL, and deaf literacy students, their families and teachers.
• Provides books and audiovisual resources (videos, DVDs, cassettes, CD-ROMs, and computer software) on learning English as a Second Language, TOESL, basic adult education, pre-GED, and GED.
• Provides some bi-lingual books for children and adults in the Spanish Collection.
