The Deaf Literacy Center is a library-based literacy program for Deaf individuals and their families. DLC offers small group and individualized basic literacy instruction and support services in addition to traditional library and information services to the Deaf community.

The Pinellas Talking Book Library is a free service to residents of all ages who are unable to read standard print material due to visual, physical or learning disabilities whether permanent or temporary. The TBL staff provides recorded, Braille and large-print books and magazines as well as a collection of descriptive videos.
